How long does an appointment take?
The time it takes to have a document notarized varies depending on the number of documents and the number of signatures that need to be notarized. We can provide you with an estimated time frame for the completion of your notary services when you schedule your appointment.
What forms of ID are acceptable?
A valid government issued Photo ID is acceptable. Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID, etc… DMV Extension Receipts, Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, and other documentation without a photo cannot be accepted.
What if I don't have a valid ID?
We can still notarize it! We need 2 Credible Witnesses with valid ID that can confirm they personally know you and you are the person named on the document.
Do you offer Apostille Services?

Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Yes! We offer free cancellations up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling is free as long as the notary has not left for the appointment. If you cannot cancel within the 2 hour grace period, there is a $50 fee to cover the scheduling cost, and the notary’s time. Can I notarize a document in California with a virtual video call?
At this time, the state of California does not authorize its Notaries to perform Remote Online Notarizations (RON). We are keeping an eye out for when it is allowed.
